After sales department the stringent testing of the finished product vis-a-vis guaranteed technical parameters is done with equipment procured from Riken, Larsen & Toubro, Siemens, Automatic Electric, Osaw, Rishab, Nippon etc. accuracy of readings and data derived from these readings confirm to technical parameters of the well-designed transformers.
Quality control activity starts from the selection of most suitable raw material. Every material / component has in-house material specification to ensure reliability. The specification clearly indicates the characteristics and the tests to be carried out for verification of the quality and reliability of the selected raw material & component. High standards of quality are achieved by thorough awareness of required standards
Quality control is augmented substantially by a well-equipped laboratory capable of carrying out various routine tests and type tests specified in various standards. Each and every transformer is thoroughly tested before it leaves the unit.
